Return Policy
Product Return (Terms):
* You may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product has not been opened.
* If your order arrives damaged, you are entitled to request a free replacement with no additional charges, within a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date.
* Additional charges will apply in the case of returns or exchanges requested by the customer (not due to damage or error), as follows:
(Original price of opened products + shipping fee of 25 SAR).
